TufStuff is a USDA authorized caustic oven and grill cleaner. Extra thick liquid adheres to all surfaces without running to insure complete penetration and cleaning of cooking surfaces. Restores surfaces to original shine. Removes even the most stubborn cooked-on food, grease and baked-on carbon. Works by saponification of baked-on fats and oils and the dissolution of carbon. For use on stoves, ovens, rotisseries, drip pans, hoods, barbecue grills, pots and pans and cooking utensils. Areas of use include restaurants, schools, cafeterias and lunchrooms. NOTE: Do not use on aluminum, galvanize, copper, painted surfaces, continuous or self cleaning ovens. Wear safety glasses and gloves during use.
